Thinking = ( past participle) To communicate to oneself in one's mind, to try to find a solution to a problem. "In one's mind" is unrelated to reality. It is a fictitious world with laws of its own, maybe what another would deem impossible. Something that does not affect and can not, in itself, cross boundaries to the outside. A lie, if you may.
It's these lies that are harmful to society. It's not he who steals, not he who embezzles, not he who rapes or assaults. Those are normal. The criminals of tomorrow are those thinking of killing, of raping, etc. As you see, we have evolved. We're not limited to the physical realm; that's already been tarnished and denigrated enough. It would be time to become "perfect" (as in, unique-less) in our minds also. A perfect society: emotionless. Loveless, Godless, Flawless.
Those who won't conform? Flawed, disposable. In the world we live in, there is no grief, there is no sorrow. There is normal, and then a chuckle. But that's flawed...so it becomes normal. And then you die.

So, you see? Those who would rape want to rape even more while jerking off a rape scene in an eroge or porn. It's not that they release the tension by imagining what they need. No, he who would rape will do so when his needs are fulfilled (in some part, at least), not when he is denied any relief.
